When will my order be shipped?
Processing is usually 3-5 business days after your order date. Once your order has been processed and shipped it will usually be delivered within 2-4 business days.
Where does sea moss come from?
Sea moss grows naturally attached to rocks in cold and warm coastal waters around the world. It grows in tropical shallow coastal areas and is frequently cultivated on artificial floating rope lines.

How do I store my sea moss?
Store your sea moss in the refrigerator and it will last up to 4 weeks. Store your sea moss in the freezer and can last a few months. Beware of storing in the freezer because the glass container may break upon freezing if it is too full.
How do you prepare sea moss?
We first clean and soak the raw sea moss in purified water. It sits for about 3-4 hours so it can expand. We then blend the sea moss until it has turned to complete liquid form. After blending, your sea moss is poured into a 16oz jar and prepared for shipping.
How do I know if my sea moss has expired?
Sea moss naturally has a smell of the sea but if it has expired you'll notice a very strong foul smell or you will see mold growing on it. Inspect it with bright light if you are unsure.
Is it safe to use sea moss on my skin?
Yes, it is safe to use sea moss on your skin. Sea moss aids in clearing acne, removing small blemishes, moisturizing and much more.
What if my order arrived damaged?
