Returns & Refund Policy
Perishable & Herbal Items
World Roots Store does not accept returns or issue refunds on any perishable items, herbs, or herbal products.
Exchanges
Please contact diworldroots@gmail.com to confirm if your item is eligible for an exchange. If an exchange is granted, the item must be returned within 14 days of the request being approved. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Perishable items such as herbs and herbal products are not eligible for exchange. We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon delivery.
Unauthorized Returns
If an item is returned without prior authorization, the customer will be responsible for providing a prepaid, self-addressed label to have the item shipped back to them within 30 days. After 30 days, the item will be disposed of and the matter considered closed.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Any issue with an order — including damage or receiving the wrong item — must be reported within 7 business days of delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your original payment method within 3–7 business days, though timing may vary depending on your financial institution.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund, first check your bank account activity. Next, contact your financial institution, as processing times vary. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at diworldroots@gmail.com.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. For items over $75, we recommend trackable shipping with insurance — we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
