Welcome to World Roots Store. By purchasing any item from this website, you affirmatively agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety. It is your sole responsibility to read and understand these Terms, along with our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refund Policy, before completing your purchase. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not complete your purchase.

9. Pricing, Payment & Policy Changes
All prices are subject to change without notice. World Roots Store reserves the sole right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any payment procedure, pricing structure, or policy at any time, without prior notice or liability to you.

10. Shipping & Returns
Governed exclusively by our separate Shipping Policy and Returns & Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. World Roots Store reserves the right to deny any return, exchange, or refund request that does not strictly meet the stated criteria. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, natural events, carrier disruption, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control (see Force Majeure, below).

11. Force Majeure
World Roots Store shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, sourcing shortages, carrier or postal service disruptions, labor disputes, or acts of government.

12. Reviews & Testimonials
Any reviews, testimonials, or comments submitted regarding our products reflect individual experiences and do not constitute a guarantee of similar results for any other customer. We reserve the right to remove or decline to publish any submitted content at our discretion.

13. Electronic Communications
By using this site or providing your email address, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including order confirmations, policy updates, and notices. You agree that any such communication satisfies any legal requirement that it be in writing.

14. Intellectual Property

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Dutchess County, New York.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Shipping and Returns & Refund Policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and World Roots Store regarding your use of the site and purchase of products.

20. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
